She currently works in the Office of the National Secretariat for the Care and Family Policy, at the Ministry of Social Development and Assistance, Family and Fight Against Hunger of Brazil (MDS), where she serves as advisor and acting chief of staff to the National Secretary, focusing on governance and special projects. She has extensive experience leading teams and facilitating collaborative processes to develop public solutions, with experience in areas such as care, labor and employment, continuing education, digital government, public procurement, and reducing bureaucracy.
