Juliana Martinez Londoño is the Deputy Secretary for Care and Gender Equality Policies at Women’s Affairs  Secretariat of Bogotá, with more than ten years of experience advancing women’s rights. She is a Political Scientist with a Master’s degree in Gender and Diversity and a PhD in Human and Social Sciences. She currently co-leads the implementation of Bogotá’s Care System, gender mainstreaming strategies, women’s economic autonomy initiatives, and cultural transformation programs. She has held leadership roles in public institutions and social organizations focused on gender equality, sexual and reproductive rights, and feminist movements.
