
Ross Morales Rocketto
Founder and Executive Director, Man Made
Ross Morales Rocketto is the Founder and Executive Director of Man Made, which builds projects to facilitate well-being for 100 million men in the United States.
In 2024 he was the Founder and Lead Organizer of White Dudes for Harris, which drew over 300,000 participants from all 50 states while raising about $5 million for the Harris Walz Campaign.
In 2022 Ross was named to the Time Next 100 list, and has a track record building and launching large-scale, effective, organizations and campaigns. In 2017 he co-founded Run for Something and served as its Co-Executive Director until 2025. To date, RFS has worked with more than 250,000 individuals interested in running for office, made over 3,500 endorsements, and helped elect almost 2,000 new leaders across the US.
Ross spent over 20 years in electoral politics having worked for candidates from school board to President. Ross lives in Chicago, IL with his partner Jess, his two dogs Nacho and Pierogi as well as his cat Baby Kitty.
