Kristina Wilfore
Kristina Wilfore is an international democracy strategist who has worked in over 30 countries on election integrity, information resilience, and the digital threats reshaping political power. As Director of Innovation and Global Projects at Reset Tech, she leads initiatives at the intersection of gendered information warfare, male radicalization pipelines, and democratic resilience. Her work has taken her from Ukraine’s Revolution for Dignity to election integrity programs across East Africa, the Americas, and Europe — where she helps governments, civil society, and campaigns understand how manipulation is manufactured and how to fight back. In 2021 she co-founded #ShePersisted, which reframes digital threats against women leaders as national security concerns. She is increasingly focused on the multi-billion-dollar grievance machine targeting young men — not as adversaries, but as a highly profitable recruitment operation that monetizes their alienation and pulls them away from democratic life.
“Men aren’t toxic — they’re being targeted. And the same values being exploited by the radicalization pipeline — loyalty, strength, belonging — can be activated for democracy.”
