With over 20 years of experience across 30 countries, he has led multi-million-dollar programmes at the intersection of technology, innovation, and social impact for leading NGOs and multilateral development organisations.

Beyond his professional work, Declan is a founding member of a mentorship group that brings together boys and the fathers and male authority figures in their lives, equipping them to grow into responsible, engaged citizens. He believes men carry a profound responsibility to shape the next generation of men — and that intervening early, while boys are still forming their values and identity, is one of the most powerful levers for lasting societal change.
