Co-Founder, Centre for Men and Boys – South Asia
Dilip Pattubala is the co-founder of the Centre for Men and Boys – South Asia. Over the past 15 years, his work has explored how shame, silence, and gender norms shape the lives of young people, especially concerning bodies, health, identity, and care.
Previously, he founded Uninhibited, an organisation that has worked with over a million adolescent girls on menstrual health and gender-responsive education. He now works to understand boys and men more deeply and to help institutions, markets, and systems respond to them in ways that advance gender justice. Dilip is a Mulago Fellow, an Acumen India Fellow, and a GLG Social Impact Fellow.
